Hiring for Asst.Manager Weld Shop

Experience: 5-8 Years

Location:KIADB, Plot No 1,2,3 (PART),Narsapur Industrial Area

Work from office-6 days

Shift: Non production general shift,Production team shifts

Interview:1 Virtual and 1 F2F is mandatory

Cab facility :  KR puram, battarahalli, gg palya , employees should meet from nodal points,Someone not using a cab facility they will get travel allowance

Job Description:

1.  Welding Process : In-Process Welding, Process Monitoring, Welding Position, Sequence, Parameter, Drawing Reading Knowledge , Reading Welding symbols.

2.  Knowledge of Welding defects, Reason of defects & Remedies.

3. Knowledge of Welding Inspection : Monitoring day to day activities, Production Planning- Execution of Monthly, Weekly & Daily requirement, Process Monitoring, Maintaining of welding related records, Maintaining of ISO & other customer related documents.

4. Knowledge of NDT will be an advantage.

5. Knowledge of welding joints : Pre- welding requisites & Post welding requirements.

6.Should be able to prepare PQR, WPS.

7. Knowledge in Robo welding & Programming.(IGM & CLOOS Robots)
