Role: Accountant

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (on-site)

Experience - minimum 2 years

The accountant plays a vital role in the financial operations of the organization. The accountant will be responsible for the accurate preparation, maintenance and reporting of financial transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports, including consolidated financial statements
  • Oversee the month-end closing process and ensure all financial information is recorded accurately and timely
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external purposes
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Raising invoices to clients and follow up with clients for pending payments
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly reports in MS-excel
  • Finalization of Annual Accounts, Budgeting, Book Closure
  • Interaction with the auditors
  • Manage ROC filings on time
  • Manage payroll with the HR Team
  • Research and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Expertise in Tally ERP, Zoho, or Quickbooks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
