Milestone is seeking a temporary Senior Copywriter with experience writing for IT Services companies to assist with the conversion of marketing materials to our new brand. The right candidate will support the writing of sales materials (Data sheets, PowerPoint, eBooks, case studies, and whitepapers) to support our new brand and will contribute to a range of other digital initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Create exceptional written content for use in sales materials (Data sheets, PowerPoint, eBooks, case studies, and whitepapers), to support our new brand.
• Interview subject matter experts to leverage their knowledge in the market and develop stories and other written content for marketing.
• Work to develop original short and long-form content such as whitepapers, sales sheets, and eBooks that support inbound marketing strategies, lead generation, lead nurturing, and brand awareness campaigns that contribute to revenue growth.
• Shape and uphold the brand tone of voice for our lines of business.
• Create and implement SEO copy/content based on best practices including structure and meta copy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver copy for marketing and sales campaigns.
• Support adherence to all brand guidelines.

Skills:

• 8+ years of previous work experience in a B2B environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• Exceptional creative writing, editing, and verbal communications skills (writing samples required).
• Enterprise technology, IT, professional services, or software industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent project management experience planning and managing projects to completion.
• Understanding of SEO best practices with experience creating content for SEO.
• Working knowledge of best practices for social media, PR, and email programs.
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.

Estimated Pay Range:

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
