Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Counsellor/Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in travel sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver personalized travel solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • * Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries professionally.
  • * Create customized tour packages as per client requirements.
  • * Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • * Manage bookings, quotations, and itinerary planning.
  • * Upsell and cross-sell travel products and services.
  • * Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and partners.
  • * Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

  • * Minimum 1–1.5 years of experience in travel sales or tourism.
  • * Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • * Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools.
  • * Customer-focused with persuasive selling ability.
  • * Immediate joiners preferred.
