Travel and Operations Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Travel Management**:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, visas, transport)
- Manage travel itineraries and ensure cost-effective travel planning
- Maintain travel records and process reimbursements accurately
- Liaise with travel agents and service providers for bookings and negotiations
**Operations Support**:
- Assist in daily office operations including logistics, procurement, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with departments for operational needs and execution
- Handle vendor management, procurement of office supplies, and service contracts
- Support internal audits and compliance checks
**Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses, approvals, and related documentation
- Prepare reports on travel costs and operational efficiency for management review
- Ensure timely submission of bills, invoices, and other necessary paperwork
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
