Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant specializing in airline ticketing to join our team. The role involves handling flight reservations, issuing tickets, reissuance, cancellations, and providing end-to-end travel solutions for clients while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage domestic and international flight bookings through GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
  • Issue, reissue, and cancel airline tickets as per client requirements.
  • Provide accurate fare quotations, itineraries, and best routing options.
  • Handle PNR creation, fare rules, exchanges, refunds, and related processes.
  • Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes, special requests, and client escalations.
  • Maintain knowledge of airline policies, promotions, and industry updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, accuracy in ticketing, and timely service delivery.
  • Support clients with travel-related queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports on bookings, revenue, and transactions.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Certification in Travel & Tourism preferred.
  • Minimum 58 years of experience in airline ticketing and reservations.
  • Proficiency in at least one major GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic & international fares, routings, and airline policies.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
