looking for energetic and motivated MBA graduates to join our Operations and Customer Support team.
Position Overview
As an
Operations and Customer Support Executive
, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations and excellent client service. You'll engage directly with customers and internal teams, helping resolve queries, troubleshoot issues, and support day-to-day operational tasks.
This role offers

to SaaS-based operations, customer success, and global client management — making it an ideal opportunity for
fresh MBA graduates

IT, operations, customer success, or business management
.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client queries promptly and professionally via email, chat, or phone.
- Understand customer needs, provide product assistance, and ensure smooth adoption of our software.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, and Operations) to resolve client issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports of customer interactions.
- Support the operations team in administrative and backend tasks.
- Assist in building and improving processes, manuals, and SOPs.
- Analyse feedback and share insights with product and business teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Learn and gain expertise in
FleetDrive360
(our in-house SaaS platform).
Desired Skills & Attributes
- MBA (any specialization)
with strong communication and analytical skills. - A degree in
B.Tech, BCA,
or any other
IT-related field
will be an added advantage. - Excellent
spoken and written English
— ability to interact confidently with US-based clients. - Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Eagerness to learn SaaS-based business tools and client success processes.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to priorities, and work independently.
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working in
US shift (9 AM – 5 PM EST)
