Key Responsibilities:

  • Masters creation and database management in Wealth Spectrum for new clients.
  • Responsible for day to day activities.
  • Reconciliation of daily holdings and valuation between Fund Accountant (FA) and AMC systems.
  • Verification of management fee computation and other expenses.
  • Trade settlement on NSDL, CBrics and FTrac platform.
  • Liaising with Fund Accountant and Custodian for reporting and reconciliation.
  • Computation of redemption proceeds for clients exiting the PMS.
  • Regulatory reporting like SEBI, APMI and Offsite submissions.
  • Monthly MIS reporting to stakeholders.
  • Coordination with Internal and Statutory Auditors for audit completion.

What makes you a good fit?

  • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in PMS business
  • Should have knowledge of the Wealth Spectrum accounting system.
  • The applicant needs to be focused & process oriented and willing to achieve desired results under all conditions.
  • Should have the ability to maintain effective working relationships with all the stakeholders.
  • Should have sufficient knowledge of PMS business.
  • Ability to handle multiple activities and take on additional responsibilities.
  • Should be able to provide solutions within the timeline and within the framework of statutory requirements to all the internal and external stakeholders.
