Role Overview :
As the Centre Manager for Jaipur, you will lead the Offline Learning Centre's overall performance—sales, operations, and learner success. You will run the centre like an independent business unit: driving admissions, building a strong team, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring an excellent learner experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive centre admissions, revenue, and overall performance.
- Lead and mentor counsellors, telecallers, and faculty to achieve targets.
- Monitor centre KPIs—enrolments, conversions, revenue, satisfaction.
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflows.
- Implement local marketing strategies to increase walk-ins and visibility.
- Ensure high learner satisfaction, retention, and referral rates.
- Maintain compliance, quality, and standard operating procedures.
- Act as the communication bridge between learners, staff, and central teams.
Skills & Experience :
- Graduate/Postgraduate with
3+ years
of sales or centre management experience (EdTech preferred). - Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver revenue and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership mindset and ability to work with targets.
