Job Role & Responsibilities: As a Business Development Executive, your main goal is to grow the PAS community and onboard new clients, influencers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and connect with influencers, business owners, and students interested in collaborating.
  2. Promote and explain PAS App features to potential users.
  3. Generate leads and convert them into verified Associates through app installation and registration.
  4. Assist in client acquisition and influencer partnerships.
  5. Maintain a record of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in your dashboard.
  6. Collaborate with the internal marketing and training teams to achieve growth targets.
  7. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the platform and user experience.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Interest in marketing, influencer collaborations, or business growth.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and disciplined.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
