We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to contribute to our sales team. You will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
  • Answer questions about products, pricing, and company policies.
  • Make outbound calls to generate leads and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
  • Handle customer objections and negotiate to close deals.
  • Follow up on warm leads and manage the full sales cycle over the phone.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and marketing for campaign alignment.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is a plus.
  • High school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
