Job Title: Customer Care Manager cum Floor Manager – Automobile Industry

Experience Required: 4–5 Years (Automobile Industry Preferred)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Care Manager cum Floor Manager to manage post-sales customer relationships and ensure smooth showroom operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer care, delivery coordination, and floor management, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and delightful experience from purchase to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Customer Care Department and ensure timely resolution of customer feedback, complaints, and queries.
- Handle post-sales customer interactions, including follow-ups, satisfaction surveys, and retention activities.
- Supervise showroom floor operations—maintaining discipline, ambiance, and a customer-friendly environment.
- Coordinate and oversee vehicle delivery operations to ensure smooth, error-free, and memorable handover experiences for customers.
- Liaise with sales, service, finance, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Manage escalations professionally, ensuring swift resolution and enhanced customer delight.
- Guide and train front-line staff in communication, grooming, and customer service excellence.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline .
- 4–5 years of experience in the automobile industry, preferably in customer care, CRM, or floor management roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to handle customer-facing operations and coordinate across multiple departments.
- Familiarity with dealership CRM/DMS systems will be an added advantage.
