**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inbound Process**
Handling Inbound Calls: Manage incoming calls from B2B clients, providing them with information about our products/services.
Customer Assistance: Assist clients with inquiries, product information, pricing, and order status. Order Processing: Receive and process orders from B2B clients, ensuring accuracy and efficient handling.
Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-up activities in the company's CRM system.
Internal Coordination: Work with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to meet client requirements and resolve issues.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and potential sales opportunities.
**Outbound Process**
Customer Outreach: Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective and current customers to introduce and promote products or services.
Engagement and Relationship Building: Establish rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide relevant information to encourage sales or collect feedback.
Data Entry and Management: Accurately record customer information, call details, and feedback in the CRM system.
Sales and Lead Generation: Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas by effectively promoting products and converting calls into sales or qualified leads.
Follow-Up Activities: Conduct follow-up calls to address customer queries, close sales, or provide additional information as necessary.
Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and current promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
