Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) operations, including invoice verification, posting, reconciliation, and timely vendor payments.
  • Handle Statement of Work (SOW) management — tracking, validating, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books / Quick Books.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for invoice approvals and vendor clarifications.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Prepare reports and assist auditors with required documentation.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books .
  • Working knowledge of SOW Management and financial compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
