Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Manager with 5–6 years of proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of all major social media platforms, creative storytelling skills, and the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns for maximum engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and brand voice.
Create engaging and original content — posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns — to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
Monitor social media channels, respond to customer interactions, and manage online reputation.
Collaborate with the design and content team to produce high-quality visuals and copy.
Manage paid social media campaigns, optimize performance, and track ROI.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and partners for brand collaborations and campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5–6 years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a digital agency or brand marketing environment.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising management systems (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
Experience in video content creation and influencer marketing.
