**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Craft and implement comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives and brand messaging.

Work with content and creative teams to develop editorial calendars, plan campaigns, and manage the timely scheduling of posts.

Manage and optimize social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and digital marketing tools.

Oversee the execution of paid and organic digital campaigns, ensuring they are performance-driven and optimized for best results.

Monitor and engage with social media communities, fostering positive interactions and addressing concerns or queries in real time.

Track performance metrics, analyse trends, and provide reports with insights on key social media and digital marketing initiatives.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective strategies.

Partner with the client servicing team to align strategies with client objectives and adjust as needed based on campaign performance.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3-4 years of experience in social media and digital marketing strategy.

Proven expertise in managing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media scheduling platforms.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to various brand voices and industries.

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience in a digital agency environment.

Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnerships.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹62,500.00 per month
