We're looking for an Operations Manager who can handle daily client coordination, manage our internal teams efficiently, and ensure smooth delivery and grievance management processes.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing client communications, and coordinating with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order execution. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to ensure every client interaction is smooth and professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily online client communications (emails, WhatsApp, calls, and chat support).
  • Manage client grievances promptly and ensure issues are resolved with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with internal teams — design, printing, logistics — for timely project execution.
  • Track order progress and follow up to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Maintain and update daily operational reports.
  • Ensure quality control and consistency across all printed outputs.
  • Optimize workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Support management in monitoring KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Assist in onboarding new vendors, printers, and production partners when needed.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach to enhance brand reputation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in eCommerce, printing, or web-to-print industry.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Excellent command of English (Hindi or Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, CRM tools, and task management software (e.g. Trello, Asana, or ClickUp).
  • Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ownership mindset.

Work Details

  • Location: Remote / Dubai Office (Hybrid option available)
  • Work Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM (IST)
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience
