Role Overview

We are looking for an Amazon Store Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations for assigned seller accounts. The role involves managing listings, improving product visibility, tracking performance metrics, coordinating with internal teams, and communicating with clients. You will be responsible for delivering measurable growth and ensuring smooth marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Amazon product listings, content, and catalog hygiene.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
  • Monitor account health, customer feedback, and policy compliance.
  • Track sales performance, conversion rates, and competitor activity.
  • Plan and execute promotional strategies, deals, coupons, and campaigns.
  • Work with the advertising team to manage and optimize PPC campaigns.
  • Resolve issues related to listings, brand registry, orders, and claims.
  • Prepare weekly reports and communicate progress with clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace ranking, search optimization, and listing best practices.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Advertising (PPC) tools and campaign structures.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Good communication skills and comfort handling client updates.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for reporting.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience managing other marketplaces (Wayfair, Etsy, Walmart, etc.)
  • Exposure to international marketplace listings and compliance.
