Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders and bids
- Review tender documents and help ensure compliance with all instructions and criteria
- Collect, organize, and maintain all necessary supporting documents for tender submissions, including certificates, financial statements, and company profiles
- Liaise with internal departments to gather required information and documentation
- Track tender opportunities and maintain a calendar of submission deadlines
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports related to tendering activities
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and stored securely for easy retrieval
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and government agencies regarding tender requirements and clarifications
- Assist in post-tender activities, including clarifications, negotiations, and contract documentation
- Support general administrative tasks as required by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred (final-year students and fresh graduates are welcome)
- Interest in tendering, bid management, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
