The ideal candidate will beresponsible for end -to -end project execution, ensuring smooth adoption of Zohosolutions for clients.Key Responsibilities:Lead the deployment of Zoho ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Customise Zoho settings, workflows, and features to align with business processes and objectives.Develop and deliver training programs to ensure users are proficient in Zoho functionalities.Act as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and technical support.Identify and implement enhancements to optimise Zoho processes and workflows.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending upgrades and innovations.Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and technical support related to Zoho applications.Maintain comprehensive documentation of Zoho configurations, processes, and user guides.Identify and implement enhancements to optimize client Zoho processes and workflows.Stayupdated with industry trends and emerging Zoho technologies, recommending upgrades and innovations for clients.Troubleshootand resolve Zoho -related issues, providing timely support to end -users. RequirementsProvenexperience of 1 year in CRM implementation, management, and support. Strongexpertise in Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications for business automation.Technicalknowledge of Zoho software, third -party integrations, and automation tools.Strongproblem -solving and analytical skills to tailor solutions for clients. Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients professionally. Abilityto manage multiple client projects and priorities in a fast -paced, dynamicenvironment.Detail -orientedwith a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer requirements.Strongorganizational skills and a collaborative mindset for seamless projectexecution.
