About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our IT sales team. This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and engage potential clients in target markets.
  • Present and promote IT solutions and services to prospects.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to convert opportunities into closures.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Conduct local field visits and client meetings for business development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (IT sales preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client engagement.
