Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

Role Summary:

The E-Commerce Manager will manage and grow the companys online sales channels and digital marketing efforts to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. The role involves strategy planning, platform management, product optimization, marketing campaigns, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The executive ensures smooth operation of online sales channels while staying abreast of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  4. Plan marketing, sales, and customer retention initiatives.

  5. Platform Management

  7. Ensure seamless operation and functionality of online platforms.

  8. Product Management

  9. Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.

  10. Optimize listings for visibility, SEO, and sales conversion.

  11. Digital Marketing

  12. Plan and execute campaigns across email, social media, PPC, and other channels.

  13. Drive website traffic and boost conversion rates.

  14. Data Analysis

  15. Monitor website analytics and sales performance.

  16. Identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategy improvements.

  17. Customer Experience Management

  18. Enhance user experience on the platform.

  19. Manage customer inquiries and support to ensure satisfaction.

  20. Sales & Promotions

  21. Implement promotional campaigns and offers to drive revenue.

  22. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  23. Work with marketing, sales, logistics, IT, and design teams for smooth operations.

  24. Market Research

  25. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

  26. Identify new growth opportunities and innovations.

Essential Skills:
