Roles and Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales Manager specializing in Air Compressors to lead and grow our aftermarket business in Coastal Andhra Pradesh.
 - The role involves managing a team of Sales & Service Engineers, driving customer engagement, and expanding business opportunities with leading clients
 - Manage sales team performance, set goals, and provide coaching to achieve targets.
 - Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, market expansion, and strategic sales planning.
 - Build strong relationships with customers to increase repeat purchases and referrals.
 - Oversee aftermarket sales, service, and spare parts management for industrial equipment.
 - Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
 - Proven experience leading sales/service teams.
 - Strong technical knowledge of Industrial equipment and aftermarket requirements.
 - 5+ years of experience in Industrial aftermarket sales, with 1+ years in a managerial role.
 - Familiarity with clients in manufacturing and process industries.
 - Excellent communication, leadership & organizational skills.
 - Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems
 - 5-10 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry or similar field.
 - B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or related discipline; MBA preferred.
 - Proven track record of revenue generation, team management, product demonstration, and strategic sales planning.
