Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
  • Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other SEM platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
  • Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and performance marketing techniques.
  • Maintain and update content management systems such as WordPress, ensuring website content is current and engaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design skills to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Implement marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and streamline campaign workflows.
  • Manage social media accounts through social media management tools, engaging followers and growing online communities.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content creation.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Moz for keyword research and site audits.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Skilled in website management using WordPress or similar CMS platforms; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data for insights that inform campaign adjustments; strong analytical skills are essential.
  • Experience in e-commerce environments or B2B marketing is advantageous.
  • Creative flair with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for designing engaging visual content.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for different audiences.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing techniques aimed at maximizing ROI through targeted advertising efforts.
