Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads through data-driven strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across calls, email, and social media platforms

Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
  • Monitor social media trends and engage with the audience
  • Measure performance using platform insights

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Assist in creating marketing content such as blogs, creatives, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate with designers and writers for content development
  • Prepare email marketing campaigns and newsletters

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Recommend strategies for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Knowledge of social media advertising
  • Strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

  • Creative mindset with an understanding of design principles
  • Certification in Digital Marketing
