Job Summary:

The Training of Trainer (ToT) – AI-Data Quality Analyst is responsible for preparing and certifying trainers to deliver AI-integrated data quality training programs. The role involves building trainer competency in data quality management, data governance, and automation of quality assurance using AI/ML tools, ensuring alignment with NASSCOM QP/NOS and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Training of Trainer (ToT) programs for the AI-Data Quality Analyst job role aligned with NSQF and SSC/NASSCOM frameworks.

Train prospective trainers in:

  • Data quality dimensions (accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness)
  • Data validation & cleansing techniques
  • ETL processes and data profiling tools
  • Use of AI/ML algorithms for anomaly detection, data standardization, and predictive data quality
  • Metadata management, data lineage, and data governance practices
  • Instruct on adult learning principles, digital content delivery, and LMS usage
  • Facilitate interactive sessions, demos, peer teaching, and performance assessments

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related field
  • Preferred Certifications:
  • NASSCOM/SSC Certified Trainer (ToT Level 1/2 preferred)
  • Data Management certifications (e.g., DAMA DQ, CDMP)
  • AI/ML certifications from recognized platforms (e.g., IBM, Microsoft, Coursera)

Professional Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Data Quality Management, AI-based data analysis, or similar roles
  • Prior experience in teaching/training or mentoring roles preferred
