We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, skilled at building client relationships, and able to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. This role involves understanding client needs, designing tailored travel packages, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and create customized domestic & international travel itineraries.
- Present travel options, pricing, and packages to clients, highlighting value-added services.
- Convert inquiries into bookings and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with operations teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Keep up to date with travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and industry developments.
- Handle customer concerns or issues professionally and promptly.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain client records in CRM software.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in travel sales, reservations, or customer-facing roles (minimum 1–3 years).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good knowledge of domestic & international destinations, airlines, and travel products.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, customer-centric approach, and passion for travel.
