  • Handling uptime, performance, compliance & SLA for entire end user IT Infrastructure in Corporate Office & Branch Offices-PAN India.
    • Maintain and Manage BAU operations for End User computing independently.
    • Managing IT support Desktop team/Remote Support, define their Role & Responsibilities and measuring their performance against signed SLA. Hold frequent review meetings / discussions to discuss improvements/progress and monitor SLA of tickets weekly/Monthly.
    • Monitor maintenance & upgradation of Operating Systems, IT infra related applications as per compliance requirements.
    • Monitor and drive Endpoint patch management activity ensuring 100% compliance every month via Manage engine tool.
    • Supporting the installation/management/maintenance/optimization of internal and cross functional process related to IT Service builds and Service Delivery.
    • Managing vendor through service review meetings, measuring their performance against signed SLA, renewal of support service contracts.
    • Interact with various vendors for sourcing updated/latest products and solutions.
    • Handle and support periodic IT Audit requirements with respective to EUC.
    • Independently coordinate with Infosec and GRC team for closure of compliance related points.
    • Address performance bottlenecks and ensuring maximum system uptime.
    • Manage all the technology related requirements, including technical feasibility study, selection, upgradation / migration of hardware, software, applications.
    • Independently drive IT EUC projects like Branch relocation, planning and coordination for New Branches and other Branch Infra requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with the company's policies in administration of IT Infrastructure / Facilities. Support/Handle IT infrastructure and access management audits.
    • Assess IT requirements of the organisation in terms of software, hardware and other peripherals / products, and handle procurement of the same.ConfidentialInteraction with HR to understand the projection Headcount on quarterly basis accordingly initiate procurement.
    • Vendor Management – identify and deal with vendors for procuring IT related products & devices at reasonable and cost-effective rates.
    • Review and initiate measures for automating / streamlining internal processes.
    • Administration of Microsoft O365 portal/EMS E3 and it's various apps/tools and exchange services.
    • Should have sound knowledge of Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management.
    • Capability of highlighting operational risk to management on time.
    • Maintain Standard procedure, process, policy and SOP documents relevant to EUC.
