YOUR NEW ROLE

  • Draft and maintain documentation (data requirements, analytics strategies, remediation strategies and technical documentation)
  • Confident working with delivery teams to understand timing and delivery of data
  • Basic data wrangling and use of Excel to manipulate data.
  • Communicate technical details in simple language to key stakeholders
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Proactive in finding solutions and working with ambiguity
  • Natural collaborator and enabler of knowledge transfer with peers

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

  • 4+ years experience in Data analysis experience in a technology and data domain.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in SQL in traditional DBMS and/or Cloud. Python knowledge is good to have.
  • Requirements gathering and prioritisation particularly in data/technology
  • Experience in interpreting data outputs and summarising findings
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Negotiation with operational tech teams and other program stakeholders based on priorities and constraints
  • Ability to collaborate across teams
  • Testing and validation of data quality
