Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the IT services and consulting domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business leads across target markets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports as required.
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for technology and customer engagement.
  • Basic understanding of IT products, software, or consulting services (preferred).
  • Freshers with exceptional interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
