Job Title: Training Manager

Job Summary:

The Training Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. This role ensures consistent and high-quality training that aligns with organizational objectives and supports professional growth across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with managers.

Design and implement comprehensive training programs (technical, soft skills, onboarding, compliance, etc.).

Develop training materials such as manuals, presentations, assessments, and e-learning modules.

Conduct training sessions for employees at all levels, using a range of delivery styles and methods.

Track training effectiveness and report on key metrics like completion rates, skill improvements, and feedback.

Collaborate with department heads and senior management to align training initiatives with business goals.

Manage training schedules, budgets, and external training vendors.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning & development.

Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory or company standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree / Masters, or related field.

8 Above years of experience in training or L&D, preferably in [BPO/Health Care].

Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools is a plus.

Ability to analyze data and generate insights for continuous improvement.

Skills Required

Proficiency in MS Office and training software/tools
