Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager - Real Estate Sales located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, educating potential buyers about the investment benefits of Brixline's model, and guiding clients through the home purchase process. Day-to-day tasks include market research, preparing property listings, advising clients on investment opportunities, coordinating site visits, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves liaising with financial institutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Real Estate Sales experience and knowledge of the Bengaluru market
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
- Market Research and Property Listing skills
- Sales Strategy and Target Achievement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Min 1-2 yrs Experience in Real Estate
