Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer located in Pune. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating mockups, visual designs, and prototypes. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing front-end design solutions, and enhancing user experiences for various platforms. This role requires a keen eye for design and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

-Work with product managers and engineers to define design requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

-Design intuitive and consistent user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

-Create design systems, UI kits, and reusable components ensuring visual consistency.

-Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into iterative designs.

-Collaborate on product flows for 
AI-enabled features
 (chatbots, recommendation engines, dashboards).

-Localize designs for global audiences, balancing accessibility and cultural nuances.

-Contribute to branding and visual identity guidelines across ULIO's ecosystem.

-Stay updated on design trends, particularly in 
AI, edtech, and global SaaS
.

Qualifications

  • Skills in creating Mockups and Visual Designs
  • Expertise in Prototyping and User Experience Design (UED)
  • Experience with Front-End Development
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune
