Roles and Responsibilities
The L&D Operations analyst has a multi-faceted role that primarily focuses on planning and facilitating induction and on the job training programs across the organization. Other responsibilities include monitoring the effectiveness of the training conducted and analyzing the feedback received.
- Checking the training needs and facilitating the training for various departments and programs
- Liaising with various teams/departments to create modules for training
- Analyzing the effectiveness of training and assessments conducted at all levels
- Analyzing the feedback received for the training conducted
- Preparing presentations to update the activities and initiatives of the training team
- Managing people and developing talent framework as appropriate
- Identifying the areas of improvement at an individual and group level
- Designing and implementing appropriate e-learning strategies
- Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the organization
Prerequisites
- Inclination towards project management and operations
- Strong analytical ability
- Inclination to train employees
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)
- Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude
- Strong eye for detail and ability to multi-task
