Position: Trainer L&D (Individual Contributor Role)
Reporting to: Lead L&D
Location: Corporate Office, Viman Nagar, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver workshops in classroom, hybrid and virtual (Team based) workshops These workshops are competency development, team building & managerial skills development workshops.
- Coordinate & Support training planned for the month – Coordination activities included working with HR partners for nominations, calendar invites, training D-day support for the external facilitator, follow up on feedback & effectiveness metric survey completion by employees.
- Project Management Skills – We have many key projects for the organization like Diversity & Inclusion, Gallup Survey action planning and Rewards & Recognition . The candidate may not have managed any of these projects in the past but should be willing to learn & manage end to end projects. Project Management skills require collaborate with HR partners, operations, various stakeholders and drive initiatives through constant nudging and ensure every milestone is closed in time.
- Closely work with external facilitators & Vendors – Prior experience for this is not required and the incumbent will be trained on the job for the same
- Administrative work – MIS/Dashboards, LMS related activities (will be trained in Varroc)
- NOTE- The role requirement is to travel to various locations in Pune, Aurangabad, Pantnagar, Gujrat, North and Chennai/Bangalore at least 10-12 days a month and report to Lead – L&D. Should be good in Excel and PowerPoint
