About the Role

We are looking for Recruitment Executives (RE) to join our Recruitment Operations (RO) team. The role involves managing candidate information, coordinating interviews, conducting basic screening calls, and maintaining recruitment data accurately. Youll play a key role in ensuring an organized, efficient, and well-tracked hiring process across multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and organize incoming applications from various sources and conduct initial screening calls to verify details and assess basic eligibility.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in Google Sheets, Google Forms, and other internal trackers.
  • Coordinate interview schedules by working closely with hiring managers and panel members to ensure timely and smooth execution.
  • Track interview progress, update candidate statuses, and support the team with maintaining hiring trackers and summaries.
  • Ensure data consistency, completeness, and accuracy across all recruitment trackers and documentation.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and assist in documentation to enhance overall recruitment efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 0-3 years of experience in recruitment support, coordination, or data management (freshers are also welcome).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good verbal communication skills and confidence in speaking with candidates.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Forms.
  • Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri) is a plus.
