Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 4+ years of expertise to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating quality leads and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.)
- Analyze market trends and recommend improvements to marketing strategies based on insights and feedback
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve key performance metrics including ROI, lead generation, and conversion rates
- Oversee all online campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and display advertising
Content Creation & Management
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content
- Manage digital assets including website content, blogs, social media posts, and videos
SEO & SEM
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search campaigns for maximum impact
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization
- Track, report, and analyze website performance and PPC initiatives
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Monitor and participate in relevant industry and competitor discussions
Analytics & Reporting
- Measure and report campaign performance against defined goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Evaluate the end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels and touchpoints
Budget Management
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring smart allocation of funds across campaigns
- Monitor monthly spending and align with overall marketing objectives
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments to maintain consistent messaging
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices on emerging digital trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
- Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content management
- Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data-driven insights
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Preferred
- Experience leading or mentoring a team
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms
