Job Requirements:
- Require Qualified Company Secretary with 1 or 2 Years of Post Qualification Experience at our Company.
- Good understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ethical and trustworthy with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Handling Secretarial & SEBI Compliances of the Client Companies
Job Profile :
1) Sound knowledge of SEBI Regulations and Companies Act
2) Able to work under pressure
3) Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
