Role Overview

As a 
QA Intern
, you will work closely with our product and development teams to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for identifying bugs, documenting issues, and ensuring that all features meet the highest quality standards before release.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand product requirements and functionality.
  • Design, execute, and maintain test cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Perform 
    manual and functional testing
     of SaaS modules, workflows, and features.
  • Conduct 
    UI/UX testing
     to ensure smooth navigation and user-friendly experience.
  • Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like 
    Jira, Trello, or ClickUp
    .
  • Perform 
    cross-browser
     and 
    cross-device testing
     to ensure compatibility.
  • Assist in 
    API testing
     and 
    integration testing
     for platform modules.
  • Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases.
  • Provide feedback to improve software quality, usability, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of 
    SDLC
     (Software Development Life Cycle) and 
    STLC
     (Software Testing Life Cycle).
  • Familiarity with manual testing processes and QA methodologies.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly.
  • Understanding of 
    SaaS platforms
     will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of basic automation testing tools (like 
    Selenium
    , 
    Postman
    ) will be a plus.
