We are looking for Head Propulsion Systems (Production Engineering Outfitting) position at Gujarat

  • Position: Manager / Sr. Manager – Head Propulsion Systems
  • Department: Engineering Outfitting SCS (Ship Construction Site) – Propulsion Systems

  • Location: Amreli, Rajkot, Gujarat

  • Preferred Qualification & Experience:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Marine Engineering, or Naval Architecture (mandatory)

  • 12–18 years of relevant experience in shipbuilding / ship repair with 6–8 years in a senior/managerial role directly responsible for high-precision machinery installation and trials

  • Key Competencies:

  • Expertise in marine engine installation, optical/laser alignment, stern tube/rudder stock boring, resin chocking

  • Knowledge of IACS/Class Rules, QAP, QHSE, SAP/ERP
  • Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills
