Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Sales) who can communicate fluently in Telugu. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding new sellers, managing client relationships, and driving business growth for our e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new sellers/vendors on the e-commerce platform.
- Communicate with clients and sellers in Telugu, Hindi, and English to explain services, pricing, and processes.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for the Malad region.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular follow-up and support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth seller onboarding and order processing.
- Provide reports on sales performance and market insights.
- Attend client meetings, field visits, and promotional activities as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate in Any Stream (Commerce/Business preferred).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Telugu (mandatory), with good communication in Hindi/English.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / E-commerce (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, digital platforms, or seller onboarding is an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication & convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
