Role and Responsibilities
The Sales / Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed company targets and goals. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing plans
  • Identifying potential customers and closing sales to meet revenue objectives
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity for growth opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and industry influencers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for product development and promotions
  • Conducting market research on customer needs and preferences
  • Managing the sales process from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention
  • Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and sales reports
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 12 years of experience in sales and marketing in the pharma and FMCG industries
  • Experience in the Lenticular industry is preferred
  • Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as required
