Role & Responsibilities

  • End-to-end procurement - sourcing, partner development, contracts, and delivery
  • Negotiate rates and agreements that balance cost and quality
  • Forecast requirements and manage inventory levels
  • Collaborate with Operations, Projects, and Finance teams to ensure smooth workflows
  • Track market trends and suggest smarter buying strategies
  • Maintain strong supplier/partner relationships for long-term growth

Skills Required

  • Strong negotiation & contract management abilities
  • Good knowledge of procurement systems/ERP tools
  • Experience in inventory management & demand forecasting
  • Excellent partner relationship management skills
  • Leadership qualities to guide and manage a team
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple Graduate in Supply Chain / Business / Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • Min. 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain and partner management
