Warranty Manager:
- Oversee all warranty claim submissions to the OEM/manufacturer.
- Verify repair orders, parts replaced, and labor operations for accuracy and eligibility under warranty.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of warranty claims to avoid rejections or delays.
- Monitor and track claim status until final settlement.
- Maintain detailed records of all warranty jobs, claim numbers, and payments received.
- Liaise with the manufacturer's warranty department for clarifications, approvals, or disputes.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with OEM warranty policies.
- Train service advisors, job controllers, and technicians on proper documentation and warranty claim processes.
- Analyze warranty trends and provide feedback to the service and technical teams.

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,000.00 per month
