Job Summary:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing all branch operations, driving business growth in gold loans/sales, ensuring excellent customer service, leading the team, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales:

  • Drive gold loan disbursements or jewelry/bullion sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Conduct local market research and outreach to generate new business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, local influencers, and key stakeholders.

Branch Operations:

  • Manage daily branch operations efficiently, including cash management, gold purity testing, and vault operations.
  • Ensure all operational and audit compliance as per company and RBI guidelines (for NBFCs).
  • Handle gold appraisals and coordinate with third-party gold testing agencies (if applicable).

Customer Service:

  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and grievance resolution.
  • Maintain a strong customer relationship base through consistent follow-ups and personalized service.

Risk and Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to KYC norms, documentation, and internal audit policies.
  • Minimize risk by ensuring proper appraisal and loan processing practices.
