RCM Client Services Leadership

Position Summary:
As a senior leader in Client Services, you will be responsible for
owning client relationships and driving strategic outcomes
for our provider-side RCM business. This role requires a blend of
operational expertise, business acumen, and executive stakeholder management
. You will oversee service delivery across multiple RCM functions, ensure client satisfaction, and lead governance processes that impact revenue growth and retention.
In this role, you will act as a
trusted advisor to provide clients
, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance financial performance, and deliver measurable business value. You will also partner with internal leadership to align operational strategies with client objectives, ensuring that our teams consistently exceed expectations on quality, compliance, and turnaround time.

Responsibilities:
Ø Act as the primary executive contact for provider clients, building long-term partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Ø Own client governance, including business reviews, performance dashboards, escalations, and SLA adherence.
Ø Collaborate with internal operations teams (Coding, Billing, AR, Denials, Payment Posting) to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
Ø Lead strategic client engagement initiatives – process improvements, automation, and value-add services.
Ø Manage P&L, revenue growth, and contract renewals for assigned clients.
Ø Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
Ø Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Client Services and Operations teams.
Ø Partner with senior leadership to define account strategy, expansion opportunities, and client retention plans.
Ø Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI, and organizational quality standards.
Ø Represent the organization in client audits, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and executive meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
Ø Bachelor's degree required; Master's (MBA / MHA) preferred.
Ø 12–20 years of experience in
US Healthcare RCM provider-side operations
, with at least 5+ years in
senior client-facing leadership roles
.
Ø Strong knowledge of the
end-to-end RCM lifecycle
– Coding, Billing, Charge Entry, AR, Denials, Payment Posting.
Ø Proven track record in
client governance, account growth, and stakeholder management
.
Ø Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ø Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Ø Experience managing large teams across geographies and functions.
Preferred Skills
Ø Experience in scaling client accounts and managing multi-million-dollar RCM portfolios.
Ø Exposure to digital transformation initiatives (AI/automation, analytics in RCM).
Ø Certification in healthcare/RCM management is an added advantage.

Education
