Role & responsibilities
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and/or Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
- Able to Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Recruiting Marketing (RMK) based on business requirements.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Architecture, Data models, and Configuration Best Practices
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, including Recruiting Management (RCM) and potentially other HR modules.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their recruitment strategy and translate it into effective RMK solutions.
- Assist with the onboarding process, potentially including configuring onboarding flows and integrating with other SuccessFactors modules.
- Understanding of HR processes and recruitment strategies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting with other SF Modules
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Work closely with Cross-Functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders on SuccessFactors functionalities.
Desirable:
- Willingness to learn new SF Modules
- Valid Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Marketing
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration tools
- Experience of other SuccessFactors modules especially Onboarding and Employee Central
