Key Responsibilites:

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, (hardware, software, licenses, and contracts)
  • Track and manage the lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide support for IT asset-related issues and queries.

Specific Behavioural competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HAM & SAM.
  • Proficiency in asset management software and tools.
  • Proven experience in IT asset management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification : Bachelor's Degree / BE - IT

Required Experience : 3-5 years
