Facility Supervisor I

Position Summary

This profile requires to handle: Monitor all facility and equipment and preventive and corrective maintenance, Coordinates activities of maintenance every day, ensure all facility and equipment function safe and reliable, in good working condition.

Responsibilities

Main duties:

• Company fixed assets management
• Arrange maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure the safe operation of power equipment
• Find hidden dangers in processes & take correct action timely
• Deliver necessary trainings to operators on safe handling of machines
• Lead on implementing lean principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste

Key Accountabilities:

1. Identify the major, specific end results that the position is responsible for achieving. (Not statements of day-to-day details, duties or responsibilities.)

2. Assist company fixed assets management

3. Arrange maintenance and repair activities as planned

4. Ensure the safe operation of power equipment with facilities in good condition, in the most economic equipment life cycle cost to achieve the best comprehensive efficiency of equipment, ensure equipment in good technical status and organization

5. Supervise operation procedures and equipment repair and maintenance system

6. On site check regularly, knowing the status of person and equipment's:

7. Review operation reports, find the energy consume trend, find abnormal, analysis root cause and take correct action

8. Review system operation and monitor technical data, find abnormal, analysis root cause and take correct action

9. On site check key equipment's status, found hidden dangers, take correct action timely

10. Implement equipment's and facilities renovation and renewal plan, preventive maintenance plan, spare parts purchase plan.

11 Timely maintenance and continuous improvement to ensure all equipment's and facilities on good condition

1. Take equipment user's suggestions, continuous improvement, improving the original design flaw, support subordinates for technical reform, improves the performance of the power equipment is becoming more and more perfect

2. Assist in the company's energy consumption management

3. Assist in spare parts control, reduce maintenance cost

4. Training operator on equipment's maintenance and energy saving

5. Support EHS Executive and production manager in respect to any Safety, productivity , quality improvement.

17.Project management. Coordinate with venders and ensuring completion of project within timeline and budget.

1. Lead Natural production HPT team and executive cost saving, productivity/process, quality, delivery, improvement projects.

19.Support Execution of Lean management initiatives and suggest and implement cost saving, safety, quality, delivery initiatives.

20.Lead on implementing lean principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste by optimizing processes, fostering continuous improvement, and training teams

Planning & Organization:

• To ensure smooth & safe flow of operations of power equipment with facilities in good condition, person on this position needs to plan regular maintenance activities, ensure necessary audits / checks to be conducted.
• He/She needs to ensure economic equipment life cycle cost to achieve the best comprehensive efficiency of equipment, ensure equipment in good technical status and organization
• Plan on site check key equipment's status, find hidden dangers, take correct action timely

Qualifications

Qualifications

1. Electrical or mechanical engineering, electrical automation or related college degree or above

2. Proficient in all kinds of PLC, touch screen, frequency converter and other industrial and electrical control system, know PLC programming and maintenance.

3. 2-3 years of experience in Preventive and corrective maintenance and Project management.

4. Familiar with Microsoft office software and CAD etc.

5. Teamwork, strong communication and coordination ability, problem solving ability.

6. Good English, can simple communication in English, can read English technical materials
