Position Overview:

We are looking for a female Call Centre Executive with experience in international calling and excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and capable of handling outbound and inbound international calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to and from international clients.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Resolve client queries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in international voice process / BPO / call center is mandatory.
  • Confident, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in international calling (voice process).
  • Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Only female candidates are eligible to apply.

Salary:

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience and last drawn salary, aligned with company standards. Attractive incentives for high performers.
